Orders & Payment

All orders must be paid in full at the time of purchase unless otherwise arranged. An order is not considered confirmed until payment has been successfully received.

Products are handcrafted in small batches, and availability may be limited. Royal Grace Sugar Studio reserves the right to close ordering early when production capacity has been reached.

Signature & Weekly Collections

Our Signature Collection features select cookies that may be ordered throughout the ordering period, subject to availability and production capacity.

Our Weekly Collection may feature rotating, seasonal, or limited-edition flavors available only during the dates specified.

Availability, flavors, pricing, pickup dates, and pickup locations are subject to change.

Weekly Pre-Orders

Weekly Pre-Orders are available for Friday and Saturday pickup only.

Scheduled community pickup is offered in Grove and Jay on Fridays and Langley on Saturdays. Available pickup times are shown during checkout, and customers will select their preferred location and available pickup time when placing an order.

Customers who are unable to attend one of the scheduled community pickups may select Home Pickup at checkout. Home pickup is available on Friday or Saturday and must be arranged at a time that works with Royal Grace Sugar Studio's availability. The home pickup address and applicable instructions will be provided privately.

Customers are responsible for reviewing their selected pickup location, date, and time before completing their purchase.

Products listed in our Available Now collection are currently in stock and may be available for home pickup outside of our regular Friday and Saturday pre-order schedule. Limited local delivery may also be available.

Please contact Royal Grace Sugar Studio before placing an Available Now order to arrange a home pickup time or confirm delivery availability. Pickup and delivery arrangements are subject to our availability and schedule.

The home pickup address will be provided privately after arrangements have been confirmed.

Product Appearance & Availability

All products are handcrafted, and slight variations in appearance, size, color, decoration, and presentation are natural and should be expected.

If an ingredient or product becomes unexpectedly unavailable, we will contact you if the change would substantially affect your order.

Allergens

Our products may contain or come into contact with common food allergens, including milk, eggs, wheat, soy, peanuts, and tree nuts.

Although care is taken during preparation, products are prepared in a home kitchen where allergens are present. We cannot guarantee that any product is completely free from cross-contact with allergens.

Customers with food allergies or dietary concerns should review available ingredient and allergen information before ordering and contact us with questions prior to purchase.

Cottage Food Disclosure

Royal Grace Sugar Studio operates in accordance with applicable Oklahoma homemade food laws. Products are produced in a private residence that is exempt from government licensing and inspection.

Cancellations & Changes

Because products are made specifically for scheduled orders, cancellations or changes should be requested as soon as possible.

Once production for an order has begun, cancellations, modifications, or refunds may not be available.
