By placing an order with Royal Grace Sugar Studio, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions. These policies are in place to ensure clarity, protect the integrity of our work, and provide a seamless experience for both parties.

CUSTOM DECORATED COOKIES

Order Requests & Availability

Submitting a custom order request does not guarantee availability. Orders are only confirmed once payment is received. Due to the handcrafted nature of each order, a limited number of custom orders are accepted each month.

Pricing

All custom cookie orders are priced based on design complexity, quantity, techniques, and overall detail. Pricing is determined at the time of quote and is subject to change until the order is confirmed.

Payment Terms

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure all custom cookie orders. Design work begins immediately upon receipt of the deposit.

The remaining balance will be invoiced after design approval and must be paid to maintain your order. Orders not paid within two weeks of the scheduled pickup date may be cancelled, and the deposit will be forfeited.

Rush Orders

Orders confirmed less than 10 days before the requested pickup date are considered rush orders. This timeframe is based on when the order is confirmed (deposit paid), not when the request is submitted.

Rush orders include an additional fee of $15 per dozen and require full payment at the time of booking. Rush availability is limited and not guaranteed.

Design & Artistic License

All designs created by Royal Grace Sugar Studio are original interpretations based on the information provided by the customer.

While inspiration images may be used as a reference, exact replication of designs is not guaranteed. Colors, details, and overall appearance may vary slightly due to the nature of royal icing, color mixing, and the artistic process.

Royal Grace Sugar Studio reserves the right to exercise full creative discretion in the execution of all designs.

Copyright & Licensing Restrictions

Royal Grace Sugar Studio does not create or replicate licensed or copyrighted characters or images, including but not limited to Disney, sports teams, or branded logos.

Approval Process

Designs will be provided for approval prior to production unless the customer chooses to be surprised. Once designs are approved, any significant changes may not be accommodated.

​

Payments, Deposits & Cancellation Policy

At Royal Grace Sugar Studio, each order is thoughtfully designed and reserved exclusively for you. To secure your place on our calendar, a non-refundable deposit is required for all custom cookie orders. This deposit will be applied toward your final balance. While the deposit is non-refundable, it may be transferred as a credit toward a future order if cancellation becomes necessary.

Once full payment has been received, all payments are non-refundable, as materials, time, and preparation are carefully allocated to your order.

If an order is canceled prior to production beginning or at least 7 days before the scheduled pickup date, the amount paid may be applied as a credit toward a future order. All credits must be used within one (1) year of the original order date.

Cancellations made after production has begun or within 7 days of the scheduled pickup date are not eligible for refunds or credits, as your order will already be in progress or reserved exclusively within our production schedule.

We truly appreciate your understanding and your trust in our process, as each order is created with care, intention, and attention to every detail.

Pickup and Delivery Policy

Delivery is offered as an in-person service only and is limited to locations within the state of Oklahoma. Shipping is not available.

Delivery must be requested at the time of order and is subject to availability. All delivery requests will be reviewed after order submission and will be confirmed or denied prior to order confirmation. Delivery availability and applicable fees will be included in the quote email.

If approved, delivery fees are non-refundable and are based on the delivery location.

Product Care

Cookies should be stored in a cool, dry place away from heat and direct sunlight. Royal Grace Sugar Studio is not responsible for damage or quality issues resulting from improper storage or handling after pickup.

COOKIE CUTTERS (PHYSICAL PRODUCTS)

Product Use

Cookie cutters are designed for use with dough that will be baked. They are not intended for prolonged food contact.

​

Material & Care

All cutters are 3D printed using PLA material. Cutters should be hand washed only using cool or lukewarm water. Exposure to heat, including dishwashers, may cause warping or damage.

​

Sizing Disclaimer

All cutters are sized using a unique measuring system designed to create cohesive sets. Slight variations in dimensions may occur.

​

Refunds & Returns

Due to the nature of the product and small business production, all sales are final. No refunds or returns are accepted.

​

STL FILES (DIGITAL PRODUCTS)

Digital Delivery

All STL files are delivered digitally. No physical product will be shipped.

​

Usage Rights

STL files are for personal use only. Redistribution, resale, or sharing of files in any form is strictly prohibited.

​

Resizing Disclaimer

Files are provided pre-scaled for optimal performance. Resizing may impact print quality and durability.

​

Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of STL files, all sales are final and non-refundable.

CUSTOM CUTTERS & CUSTOM STL FILES

Custom Design Process

Custom designs are created based on customer-provided descriptions and inspiration. A preview will be provided for approval prior to final production or file delivery.

Artistic Interpretation

Royal Grace Sugar Studio does not replicate designs from other artists. All custom designs are original interpretations.

​

Refund Policy

Once custom design work has begun, all payments are non-refundable.

GENERAL LIABILITY

Royal Grace Sugar Studio is not responsible for:

• Damage occurring after pickup

• Improper handling or storage

• Misuse of products

• Allergic reactions

Customers are responsible for informing themselves and others of any potential allergens.
