Refund Policy - the basics

This Refund Policy establishes the terms under which refunds, cancellations, returns, and credits are handled for all products and services offered. By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Due to the custom, made-to-order, and digital nature of many of our products, most purchases are final. Policies vary depending on the type of product purchased, and it is the customer’s responsibility to review all product details prior to purchase.

General Policy

  • All sales are subject to the terms outlined in this policy

  • By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to these terms

  • Refunds, when applicable, will be issued to the original payment method or as store credit, as specified

  • Any approved refunds or credits will not include non-refundable payment processing fees (if applicable)

  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion; if we cancel an order, a full refund will be issued

 

Custom Decorated Cookies

  • Orders may be canceled up to 7 days prior to the scheduled pickup or delivery date for a store credit equal to payments made, valid for one (1) year from the original order date

  • Cancellations made within 7 days of the scheduled date are non-refundable and not eligible for store credit, as preparation and scheduling have already begun

  • Once your design has been approved, the order is considered final and no refunds or credits will be issued

  • Store credit is non-transferable and must be used within the stated timeframe

 

Cookie Cutters (Physical Products)

  • All cookie cutter sales are final

  • Orders cannot be canceled, returned, or exchanged once placed

  • If a product arrives damaged or defective, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photo documentation for review

  • Approved replacements or resolutions will be handled on a case-by-case basis

 

STL Files (Digital Products)

  • All STL file purchases are non-refundable and non-exchangeable

  • Due to the digital nature of these products, all sales are final once access has been provided

  • It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure compatibility with their equipment and software prior to purchase

 

Custom Cookie Cutters & Custom STL Files

  • Design work begins immediately after purchase, therefore all custom orders are final and non-refundable

  • Orders cannot be canceled once they are placed

  • Customers will receive a design proof and may request revisions at that time

  • Once the design has been approved, the order is finalized and completed as agreed

 

Delivery & Service Fees

  • Delivery fees, if applicable, are non-refundable once delivery has been scheduled and confirmed

  • Delivery is a convenience service and is subject to availability
